Providing free samples is an expensive program both in the cost of labor (cutting, marking and mailing) and in the cost of raw materials. Rather than pass this expense onto our customers and to keep our prices low - we've been forced to limit the number of free samples to five per household. This is not five free samples per product type - this is five free samples total. If you need more please call 1-800-819-2726 who for a fee will send you as many samples as you need. If you use this order form more than once only the first order of five will be shipped.
